Dr. Gayadhar Behera is a Senior Orthopaedician & Spine Surgeon with a total experience of more than 12 years in the field of Orthopaedics. He has an experience of over 3000 various orthopaedic, spine, arthroscopy & joint replacement surgeries. He has great expertise in conventional spine surgeries as well as state of the art O-arm assisted navigation guided spine surgeries, minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS), Endoscopic Spine Surgery, percutaneous diagnostic & therapeutic spine procedures. He is well trained in conventional and computer navigation assisted joint replacement surgeries of knee, hip and shoulder joints. During his six years of tenure in JIPMER, Puducherry, he has achieved a great expertise in the management of all types of skeletal trauma, bone tumors, paediatric fractures, and congenital skeletal deformity and sports injuries. He has performed many complex Ilizarov tprocedures for infected nonunion, bone transport procedures, deformity corrections and limb lengthening surgeries.
